Some builders skip this section until it is time to get everything all assembled and ready to fly.  I'm not so sure that's a good idea.  Right now you are deeply into the embennage and tailcone.  You know all the issues.  Now is the time to see it through assembly, then put it away until the final assembly of wings, fuselage, and so on.  At least that's what I'm going to do.  I might skip Section 12 and do all fiber glass tips at once.
