Steps 1 & 2.   Now the bridge structure begins to take shape.  Cleco the E-1008 rib assemblies to the E-1002 front spars and bottom skins.  I had marked the ribs from A to P, so I started with A and went alphabetical.  The only reason to do this is to feel confident that you can get them back in the same order if your markings are washed away.  Cleco the E-905 root ribs into place, as well.

When this is done, cleco the E-1007 rear spars into place (that is, onto each of the ribs and the bottom skin).

Step 3.  Ream or drill out to a #30 the two holes at the outboard end of the E-1007 rear spars.  These holes are out there by their lonesome, not matching up with anything at this point.  Then, with the same reamer or drill bit, do all the common holes of the ribs with the rear and forward spars.  The same for the root rib and spar common holes, but this time switch over to a #40.

Step 4.   As shown, cleco an E-1022 to the E-1007 rear spar.  This shear clip eventually attaches to the tabs you bent earlier, so make sure that it is positioned as shown.
