Step 1 & 2.    Here is the completed bearing assembly. What you can’t see well is that the base is not quite flat.  I drilled out the rivets, and, with new HS-911's, finished it once again, and this time I made sure that I followed the directions to clamp the unit to something flat.

Step 2.   Bolt the hinge bracket assembly to the rear spar assembly, checking the torque force needed.  

09/25/05  - 45 minutes


Steps 3 & 4.   Making the left and right HS-1008 brackets is easy.  Simply make sure that you cut outside the line, as usual, so that you have enough material left to slough off during the clean-up process.
