Step 1.  This a long and fun section.  First, find the two modified nose ribs and cleco these in place.  Drill out the two 1/8" holes that are not yet in the nose rib.

Then cleco the two inboard HS-1004 inspar ribs (that have 4 trimmed flanges) in place, match drilling the center hole of the nose rib and spar into the inspar rib flange.  Makes sense when you look at it.

Step 2.  Cleco the rest of the nose ribs in place, paying attention to the direction of the rib flanges.

Step 3.  As for the nose ribs, cleco the HS-904 and Hs-1004 ribs in place, once again checking the direction of the flanges.  Then final drill the holes in common with a #30.

Step 4.  Mark the nose ribs so you can relocate them for Step 8.

Step 5.  Disassemble and deburr the edges of the skins.  Might as well remove the inside plastic at this time.  Just put on some good music and have at it.

Step 6.  Set up the cradles and adjust.  You'll find a nice place for them to fit between holes.  I didn't do anything more than clamp them down to the workbench.  There are stable enough that you don't really have to screw them to the top.

Step 7.  When you insert the skins into the cradle, things become more stable.  Doesn't matter, as it says in the instructions, which skins go onto which side, just make sure the angled part of each is to the middle.

Step 8.  Move the nose ribs from the front spar assembly to the skins, keeping them in order.  Cleco them in good and tight.  Adjust the flanges for a good fit.

Then cleco the front spar/inspar rib assembly to the nose ribs.  Then cleco the flanges of the front spar to the skins, but not the inspar ribs, yet.
