Step 1. Cleco all the HS-905 nose ribs in place after
mounting the skins back in the cradles, then rivet them to the skins.
Here is where you need help. Folks have tried this on their own,
but typically state they wouldn't do it again, if they had a choice. At the very least,
you need long arms that can also hold the bucking bar from hitting the other side, putting
a reverse smilie into the skin. Bottom line, get help.
One more thing, there are some who have figured out how to rivet
the skins onto the nose ribs without having the skins deform slightly to the rib
contour. You may want to pro-seal the skin to the ribs first, or bend the flanges
of the ribs out to fill in the slight gap between them and the skins. This
deformation happened to both Bruce Beckenridge's and mine. We managed to be at the
same place at the same time, so helped each other. Worked great.
