Steps 1 & 2.    Rivet the R-1004 bottom rib halves together. 

Then rivet the nutplate to the R-1005 horn. 

Then rivet the horn to the R-1004 bottom rib as shown.

Steps 3 & 4.     Rivet the R-608PP reinforcement plate into position.  Hopefully your marks are still visible!  Mine weren't. 

Then rivet the nutplate to the reinforcement plate as shown. 

Repeat for the R-607PP reinforcement plate.

Step 5.    Back rivet the R-1015 stiffeners to the skins.  This was really fun for me.  I like back riveting.  So satisfying.  Just make sure your gun is turned down low.  Then turn it up one click at a time until you can set a rivet in a nice, short burst.
