Step 1.   All right, I screwed up here, and it was soooo stupid.  First cut the AA6-125X3/4X3/4 to length.  No big deal.  Then make the mark at 20 11/16" from one end.  Also make a mark 7 7/16" from that same end.  At this mark measure in 15/32".  Take your spring loaded punch and make a hole.  Then, take it to the DRILL PRESS, do not try this free hand, and drill a #40 or such, and step it up to a 1/4" hole.

If you want to be really stupid, do it free hand and watch the drill wander and then go order another AA6-125X3/4X3/4, which you'll get, but it'll be too short, so you have to have them send another.  Etc.  The picture was taken of the replacement.  It was completed and reported here

Steps 2 & 3.   I didn't take a picture of this when I did it the first time; I was just too nervous doing it.

You need to bend the F-1032 pieces at the 20 11/16" mark, and you do it by, again, hammering it while it is in the vice and pre-loaded.  It turns out not to be that big a deal.  Just make sure you have some thick aluminum jaw protectors in place.  Also, be content to take it back and forth to the skin until you have it just right.  It actually works quite well using a dead blow hammer.

Be sure to mark the skin where it bends so you know where to place the longeron when you check for the proper bend.
