Step 1.   The next step is to rivet the F-1011B and F-1011D into place.  The way it's written makes it seem like you're supposed to rivet the F-1011B in its entirety, but that's obviously not the case.  Make sure you cleco all the pieces in place, then rivet the aft end of the F-1011B, but not the front.  Start with the -AD3's in the middle, using a hand squeezer, which anchors the piece into place, then proceed to do the -AD4's.  You won't be able to get to the outside rivets, or at least I wasn't, with a yoke, so break out the gun and your tall, double bend rivet set.

Step 2.  Next, bolt the F-1011D to secure it even further than it already is with the clecos.  Using your 12" #30 drill bit, drill through the F-1011C, using it as a template, into the F-1011D.  I used some clamp clecos to make sure the two parts were tight up against one another.  Sorry for the lack of pictures.

Once drilled, take a #12 and final drill the two holes.  Remove the F-1011D and deburr the new holes you've made in that piece and the newly expanded holes in the F-1011C pieces.  Put everything back together and finish off the riveting of the F-1011D.

Step 3.   Secure a handful of the correct bolts, nuts and washers and install as shown.  Is your torque wrench calibrated? Dab on some torque seal, or whatever it's called.  In my case, stuff in the yellow tube!!!  It's a shame getting old and losing both the hair and memory at the same time.

I didn't install the tie-down at this time.  I'm going to be flipping this back and forth when riveting the top skin, and I think it'll just get in the way at this time.
